  • We understand that plans can change, so we offer a 24-hour cancellation policy for our customers. We provide email and text reminder for your appointments. If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to $50 for missed or late-canceled appointment. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you!

  • We will gladly assist you in verifying your insurance coverage. If acupuncture is not covered by your insurance provider, we can still provide you with a detailed receipt that includes the necessary codes. This receipt can be submitted to your medical insurance provider.

  • We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For your convenience, we also accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments for certain types of treatments.

  • Make sure you wear comfortable clothing to your appointment. Loose clothing is preferred to access the areas being treated

  • Avoid consuming caffeine or large meals before your appointment as they can interfere with the effectiveness of the treatment

    If you are receiving weight loss treatment: Avoid consuming sugar or carbohydrates for two hours before and after your treatment. Follow a ketogenic or paleo diet for 72 hours after the treatment."

  • Be prepared to provide information about your medical history, current symptoms, and lifestyle habits. Your practitioner may ask about your sleep habits, diet, and stress levels to gain a better understanding of your overall health.

  • We suggest keeping an open mind for the treatment. Each acupuncture session is a step towards progress. Your provider will discuss your wellness goals with you and create a personalized plan accordingly

  • It is recommended to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment
